Maintenance window

What is maintenance window?
Scheduling maintenance window
Maintenance window lets you define the preferred time for Cloud-IAM to perform routine maintenance on your selected Keycloak deployment. Cloud-IAM technical teams will use this window to apply updates, patches, or infrastructure improvements while respecting your preferences.
You choose:
- Time - when maintenance is allowed to begin
- UTC - Specify your preferred time zone

Maintenance history
Every maintenance operation performed within your defined window is logged in the maintenance history during 30 days. This ensures full transparency and traceability over all actions performed on your deployment.
