What will I get access to and what will I not on a Freemium plan?
At Cloud-IAM, we understand that many users want to test Keycloak without spending money. Here’s a clear overview of what’s included and what’s not on the Freemium plan:
✅ What you’ll have access to:
- Mutualize Keycloak deployment
- Up to 100 users
- Single realm
- Community support
- Unlimited integrations with AD & LDAP
- MFA with OTP and WebAuthn
- Unlimited social identity providers
- Access to Keycloak API
❌ What you won’t have access to:
- SLA or expert support
- Choice of cloud provider or deployment region
- Ability to upload custom extensions
- Cloud-IAM API access
- Multiple configurations through the Cloud-IAM console
Note: The Freemium plan is ideal for testing and learning. It is not recommended for production environments.
To access all features and advanced capabilities, consider upgrading to a dedicated plan.
What happens if we hit our user limit? Is it hard stop?
No, we will contact you and find another plan to feet with your need or we will encourage you to purge your users base.
Can I start by signing up for a Freemium plan and switch to a bigger plan in the future?
