Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
GDPR Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms are part of the Master Services Agreement or Terms of Use available here or such other location as the Terms of Use may be posted from time to time (as applicable, the “Agreement”), entered into by and between the Customer and Cloud-IAM (“CloudIAM SAS”), pursuant to which Customer has accessed Cloud-IAM’s Application Services as defined in the applicable Agreement.
