FAQ - Cloud Providers ​

Do I have access to the cloud provider infrastructure? ​

No, you won't have access to the cloud provider servers that host your deployment. This is to ensure maximum security and reliability.

If we gave you access to our GCP or AWS or Scaleway account, would you be able to run your services there? ​

Unfortunately Cloud-IAM does not deploy Keycloak on your own cloud provider for legal and technical reasons. Instead, we manage our own cloud infrastructure to guarantee maximum security, privacy, and disaster recovery capabilities.

Does your service is compatible with GCP Marketplace? ​

No, GCP Marketplace is not currently available with the Cloud-IAM service.

I don't see the cloud provider we are using, can you deploy the Keycloak instance on it? ​

At the moment, Cloud-IAM only deployed on 4 different cloud providers:

  • AWS
  • GCP
  • Scaleway
  • 3DS Outscale
  • Azure (coming soon)
