At Cloud-IAM, the plans define various limits about the deployments.
When one of your deployment reaches its plan limits (for example the maximum number of users or maximum number of realms), our team will be notified and will contact you to talk about what to do next :
- either remove users or realms
- or upgrade to a bigger subscription plan
We never stop our customer deployments without multiple prior notice.
Whenever you need, you can contact our support team to ask for a plan upgrade.
The upgrade will be transparent, without impact on the infrastructure for paying plans.
However, switching from free plan to dedicated plan implies an export / import of your data if you need to keep them.
